looks great! How sturdy/thick is the bumper? Do you know if it flexes much at speed?

No flex whatsoever. The shop made custom aluminium brackets. It was made in germany using "Fiber Reinforced Plastic"

Very nice! Word of advice... Buy some clear bra material and cover up the lower portion of your rear bumper because it will chip very very easily, that way you preserve your swagger! :-)
