My Custom 2 Tone Yellow and Black calipers

well this is still a work in progress I Will have some new White Caliper stickers any day now so That will improve the Look some .This is a 2.7 liter 07 Cayman .I had originally painted them all red with Black Porsche lettering .I got tired of the Red and besides its not a 3.4 so I wanted My OWN look .I decided to paint them all yellow and it just stood out all too much .as I began scrapping the yellow off the red underneath that I had previously painted was comming off too.I saw that there was a crease line on the calipers so I just siad what the F and just followed the crease with my razor .It maintained a pretty sharp edge but a little tighten up is under way as well.I took a look from a few feet away and thought this lokks pretty cool so I did all 4 of them .. The black is the original factory paint.. I am keeping it!!!! looks Kinda Farerri Ish !!!!!! all be accident..what do you guys think ? Thanks

The yellow really pops but I think I would personally like it better if the calipers were solid yellow and not two toned. That being said, it looks nice.

I have gotten Several is that a Ferarri comments ..I guess poeple cannot read the word PORSCHE right on them ..

Hmmm... not working for me. I looked at the pics before reading the post, and I thought, "This looks like the calipers rubbed against the wheels and scraped the paint off." Of course, this wouldnt really happen, but thats what I thought. I guess this is what you did after all. I would vote for all yellow, or all black or all silver based on your color scheme. Good luck with whatever you choose!

hot, but all yellow with 'PORSCHE' in black lettering would be better.

Sorry, but it looks simply like you partially painted the base black calipers.

Two Tone Re-done

well call me a freak .. I have a lot of time on my hands so I have removed the G2 paint and re-Painted them a more Orange Color (Its actually the Duplicolor YELLOW CALIPER paint ) .... I have some personal Opinions on the G2 paint ( It is Crappy) I had the pleasure of starting From scratch again With some DUPLICOLOR (Yes Cheaper Paint !!!) but the Results are AMAZING ... The Duplicolor paint is Brushless looking and looks TIGHT and factory looking. The Duplicolor Piant is Really Thin in texture therefore allowing a brushless effect .although they Claim to it to be YELLOW it has a slight orange looking color to it compared to the G2 Caliper paint.and yes I kept the outer part BLACK .Pictures?????
