Don't do it, it would look pretty funny with the GT wing alone.

It would also upset the balance of your car. Unless you got more power and other aero parts such as front spoiler,GT front bumper etc to make it actually work together. Otherwise, it would probably do more harm than good for the handling of your car.

I agree, but of course my car won't be stock looking with the wing.
if I do it, the wing won't be as high as the cayman wing.
After all, it is a convertible

If you really like the wing why not just pony up the $5K for the real deal in CF?
After all... you own a Porsche! Not some second rate cheap knock off Daewoo.

yes, that sounds good but I do not have a Cayman. I have a boxster
and the measurement does not fit well.

I would think if you could buy a copy of that wing for under $3K you'd be doing good.
Nobody who copies parts is going to offer a $5K wing for $1500... unless you wait for a year or two & he sells 20+ of them right away. I bet even a group buy would sell for $2500 or so.

Wink

why not just get the measurement of the wing and couple of pictures
and get it done by other body shop in full carbon fiber for less...!!
but that's me because I have a Boxster and I want it to fit perfect.
If I have a cayman I would simply get the techart, no doubt!
