No those are not sport seats, the wheels look great though.

Does not have PASM, it is a remarkable car without it. That it is a pretty huge gain for the exhaust, is it a full system? As long as you like it that is all that matters.

I live in Arizona, you may opt for someone else's opinion on the snow tires.

great thanks
i just meant if there were any last things i should know...
does anybody know, whether the cayman nav system uses dvds, ie the car is not a quebec car, so will i have to buy a new dvd for the nav?
also if i have the pcm extended, does that mean i have or can easily add bluetooth...
about the pasm, is the car better with or without it>:

thanks again.
i think it is the full system, i know for sure the exhaust in all has been changed and the tips, the rest no idea...
thanks again

hey guys,
i have just decided to buy the car for sure, and just have some final quesitons about driving a manual daily in traffic.
i seldom drive manual, but i can, at least quite well. test drives and on vacation, but its always a rare occasion and never for too long.
since i know burning a clutch on a porsche is a small fortune and i dont want to hurt the car, and would like to learn proper technique, does any body have any tips.
is it normal when in bumper to bumper traffic to often be riding the clutch, is it that bad for the car? i could just leave a lot of distance and stay in 2nd or something,
when you are on a hill and have to get going from a stop, do you guys use the handbrake and then release the clutch slow with some gas, or what>?
are porsches clutch's delicate?
also, in a cayman when is it ideal to shift, i have heard everything from below 3000 to always at 4500...
is engine bracking that bad, not harsh though.
also, i wanted to say a special thanks to all of guys for helping me and your advice, if i hadnt found this site, i probably would have bought a c63 6 months ago and not even consdiered porsche.

My experience with the transmission in the Cayman was excellent. I didn't drive it in traffic that much but when I did, I don't think I really rode the clutch, a lot of that can be avoided by doing what you suggest and keeping some distance between you and the next guy. The car will creep along at low RPM's in first or second, its not difficult to drive in traffic at all. The clutch action is not light nor is it to heavy either so I don't foresee any issues other than you will find it much harder to be patient when you know what the car will do if you just had a little more room.

I have a mazdaspeed6 that has the worst clutch I have ever experienced in a car and has been the achilles heel of the car since day one. My son drives it most of the time, but the few times I drive it it makes me nuts. The Cayman conversely, is smooth/linear and consistent, very easy to manipulate, I could heel& toe with ease in the car and its just a joy. Hell I would shift down sprint, upshift and do it again and again for pure entertainment value, its a very addicting car to drive. You wait, a month from now you will be the one going on and on about it.
