You still cannot control the music player via CDR-30, so what's the point of the audio interface option?

Are there any interface that allow control the music player via CDR-30?

Hi I made enquires about CDR30 interface, best joke I herd for years from porsche. Porsche want £480 fitted and all it controls is the volume you still cant change tracks or pick different albums etc, its a waist of time.

Im looking to remove my CDR30, Had it out and porsche have changed the wiring connections, on the CDR30 to something called a Quadlock connector, no one makes any kind of aftermarket adaptor at present.

So porsche have it stiched up for now.

I had a 06 boxster nad removed the CDR24 and fitted an AVIC D3 best thing I ever did, but its going to take me a while to figure out the new wiring to hook up my AVIC but they wont beat me long term.

If you find anyone that has any info on replacing the CDR30 with an after market system let me no ASAP thanks mike
