what size wheel is best ?

I am getting a AM quick release Personal Grinta 330mm Steering Wheel -Green Stitching wheel on my cayman but I have a line on a nice OMP Grand Turismo wheel at 50% off with 2 active buttons on the wheel ,really cool but its 320mm .do you think this is too small ?
stock wheel is 370mm or 14.5 inches so 320 is a tad more then 2 inches smaller .. what do you think ? Thanks guys

og risker

OMP is a 320mm or roughly 12.5 inched wide
http://www.motorspotstore.com/superturismo1.html

and the Personal Grinta limited edition with greene stiches is a 330mm or 13" wide

I also have a line on the same Personal Grinta with Yellow stiches for $200.00 in a 340mm size, Pretty Rare size.a tad more then a 1" smaller then the stock Cayman wheel

I just cannot decide on the size ..too small would feel funny no ? my gut feeling is telling me 340mm
Lastly I have a line on a Personal Grinta with Red Stiches 330mm for 175.5 shipped

Those look awsome...will totally improve the interior look and ur car will be even more fun to drive...

stick with something closer to "stock" size and you will have no regrets..

good luck with the purchase/install

well I am pretty tall at 6'3" My theighs only clear the stock wheel by about 1"to 1.5 inches so its a tight fit .the 330mm would give me another 1.5 inches ..Thats one of the reasons I am replacing the wheel other then the stock wheel is hedious and too large . what was Porsce thinking ?
I am also going to be tracking my car now as often as possible,as soon as I get my Performance mods list completed .

The Personal Grinta wheel is really cool looking ,I think I will pass on the OMP ,Its strictly for racing

justaddcoffee is infamous around these parts
can you do a before and after of wheel choice? i'm considering a steering wheel swap, too, because my legs are getting a little cramped up under the factory wheel.

Thats a good Idea I will take some before pictures now ..I think I am going for the OMP targa wheel in a 330mm .The HUB adapters are too expensive for the Personal wheels
