Boxster tutorial needed
Boxster tutorial needed
I am thinking of getting my daughter a used Boxster as her car. My budget is about $35k for the car, and I see that about a 2007 or 2008 might make that budget depending on miles. What I need to know is what type of options I should look for, how that body style compares to the current, and what are the planned changes for future look. I'm wanting to get her something that won't be dated real soon. Sorry, I'm a 911 guy and don't follow the Boxster much, although my wife just got a Spyder. I'm just not sure what to look for. Help and advice needed.

You are on the right track ..05 was a redesign so anything newer is a bonus .for 35K You could get a nice 07 with low miles .
09 is a slight redisign not much (if iam not mistaken) you could also get her a 06 Cayman as well .
Options dont matter in this situation IMO just get her the color she likes .Thats what I would do
any girl getting a boxster at that age should not care too much about options .the car is cool without any
she will be smiling all the time ...

Seems like it would be a better investment to get a Porsche. We were looking at a Ford Mustang 2011 GT with the 5.0. It's a great car for the money, but it will tank in value. I kinda think a Boxster will hold value a bit better.
Are any major redesigns coming, or is Porsche only doing subtle changes?
