7K on a new 987 order, you must be stoned. The dealer's markup is barely that on a stripped 987. I'm guessing 1-3k as it's a new model. 1K if the dealer doesn't know you from a hole in the wall and 3k if the dealer knows you well. You could do better if you say had bought a CGT from them and just needed to add another car to your collection.

 

Maybe he meant 7%. Or maybe 7 cents
