This is what happens when you turn off your PSM and hit the throttle too soon and too hard. As I always have said, you are not trying hard enough if you haven’t spun out. Regrouped and came out behind the Turbo that I spun in front of, and stayed with him for almost 4 laps until traffic caught me and another turbo. Make a long story short, I did the Boxster community proud by sticking this close to 997 turbo’s with a virtually stock Box S. My lap times were at 2:34 fairly consistently and I think that’s nothing to be ashamed of. Just wait till I get the funding for a bigger engine. Lol Bottom line is, I had lots of fun.

It is a blast and thank you for doing your duty to defend. Hope you come home soon and see you at the track.

any problems tracking the boxster? I've heard that the roll bars aren't sufficient for some tracks or something like that. Did you upgrade the oil pan?

I'm just running in DE's now with PCA, CHIN and soon PBOC and the roll bar is sufficient for that. I did put LN eng deep sump pan on it and a overpriced motor sport AOS to keep it from ingesting oil into the intake, so far so good and the engine runs crisper probably due to the fact that the stock AOS did saturate the intake with oil.

Well when I was a kid I did a lot of "street racing"... yeah I know what you are thinking but in the good old days (60's) traffic was not a problem in the rural areas of PA. lots of isolated skinny windy mountainous back roads. Also did a lot of motorcycle dirt riding and hill climbing. Some of the best and well known racers came from such a background.
Officially I have been with PCA a little over a year, Chin this year and am ready to join PBOC. Wish I would have taken it up professionaly when I was young. Too late now but I'm having a lot of fun
