Help on options

I'll be visiting dealer tomorrow and would like to get some owners thoughts on options.
The following are the options I'm considering to get but some options I'm not too sure whether they are worth the money or not...

2011 Boxter Spyder, Carrera White
- Carrera Red Extended leather interior (maybe? too much plastic in normal interior?)
- Sports Chrono Package Plus (reg SCP only PCM difference?)
- PCM 3.0 with Nav (worth $3110? got iPhone4...)
- Automatic Climate Control (gonna keep the car for long time, so thought some convenience would be nice...)
- Sound Package + (get premium? not an audiophile)
- Sports Exhaust (worth the money if I'm not planning to get aftermarket?...maybe...)

So... what are your thoughts? any tip would be appreciated.
TIA.

I have the sports exhaust on mine..sounds great.

If you are not an audiophile, just get the stock radio.

A word about the red interior from a long time porsche nut. Your resale will be harder whether in 2 years or ten with a red interior. and that's just a fact. If it were a corvette, OK.. Porshes are like Houses...make sure you get what you want in them, but be sure and make a resale possible

I am really enjoying mine. Good luck

I prefer full leather, but the plastic surfaces on the standard interiors don't look or feel cheap at all.

SC/SC+ is most beneficial on PDK cars where they get more aggressive shift algorithms. You can replicate the functionality on 6MT cars with a softronic software flash for less money. Don't know if you like the stopwatch on the dash.

PCM not worth $3k IMO.

Auto climate control... I'd get it if I were buying a spyder.

Radio... same as above. I wouldn't opt for bose.

PSE... it's pricey. It doesn't make any more power and isn't any lighter than the standard exhaust. But it does have the dash mounted button that allows you to keep the tone tamed when appropriate.

Congrats. They're gorgeous cars.

You can always get an aftermarket headunit. I installed the Kenwood 9160. A bazillion times better than Porsche's and it comes with the Garmin nav unit. Sounds amazing too.
