Anyone upgrade speakers?

So, the basic speakers on the Porsche's are bad as well as the BOSE. I'm thinking about upgrading my speakers to a Focal or JL Audio for clarity and maybe something a bit richer. Has anyone done this or some sort of audio upgrade to their car?

Switched my Bose out last year

along with the radio. Put in a Pioneer Avic 910 and Memphis speakers (front and side) and amp. Sounds so much better particularly with the top down I can hear clear music and voices.

I put Morel Elate 9" 3way , 8" Morel Ultimo Sub, Focal Duel Monitor and Focal 1.800LE amps as well as a JL CleanSweep and Summing device so I could keep my factory PCM 3.0 to maintain look. Looks and sounds great. I posted pic on planet 9 porsche website. The post is titled Aftermarket stereo install about to begin.
