986 Boxster S - IPD Plenum Test

Greetings 6 Speeders,

We recognize and acknowledge that the early 986 Boxsters don’t receive as much love and attention with mods, tests and features than the spot light hogging Carreras, GT3’s and Turbos.

At IPD we decided to provide a long overdue post with a recent dyno test we performed last week on a 2001 Boxster S (3.2L). As with all the IPD Plenums, power gains were significant throughout the entire power curve and never fell below either factory curves. IPD Plenums are the ONLY true Plenums available for any Porsche. The IPD Plenums deliver power and torque due to IPD's proprietary and patented “Y” designed merge collector unlike all other “T” intakes.

If you have any further questions please feel free to contact us at any of the options below. Thanks for all your time and consideration.

Cheers,
IPD Greg
