Oil seals issue with Motul/Redline

Hi all,

I just bought a 07' Cayman S that has 6000 miles on it. I have always been using Motul 300V (double esters) engine oil for my previous cars with great results. As this is my first flat six engine, I would like to check if there are any known oil seals issue with the use of esters-based engine oils like Motul or Redline etc. Thanks in advance

Motul 8100 X-Cess 5w40 is Porsche Approved just make sure you get the right oil and you will be fine. I recently switched to Castrol Syntec 5W40. L&N Engineering sells the Motul 8100
