Cool Replacing stock audio unit without bose system

Hi Guys,

I've been a memeber for about 5 years and this is my 6th post. Anyway, can anyone recommend an aftermarket head unit for a 06 boxster without Bose system? I tried searching the forum, but could not find any recent posts. I prefer a double din system and only function I really need is the ipod connection.

Thanks in advance guys!

I installed a Pioneer AVIC 120 system in my '08 Boxster and the difference is amazing. No need to replace the factory amp or speakers, just upgrading the head unit will give you 4x better sound. Note that you need the right conversion kit to do this (Double DIN), Euro Motor Speed (EBAY) sells the right kit. Not cheap, but worth the cost in ease of installation.
