I'm a big fan of that blue... As a younger fellow I was always taken with that Laguna Seca blue that BMW had for their M cars.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Took the car to the 9/11 porsche day track event a few weeks ago. The wrap was welcomed by other enthusiasts as well. The local porsche culture has always been very conservative with colors (silver, black, grey,white). Red, yellow, and bright colors are not popular here.

I am taking the wrap off this weekend to reverse the car back to its original Arctic Silver color. After all these years I am finally upgrading to a 997. Don't mind selling the boxster for peanuts at the moment because I need to clear garage space for my next car. With the 991 arriving in a few months , the price of 997 is looking great. Can't see myself parting with the Lotus yet. So the boxster must go. Had some wonderful memory with this car. The boxster remains a very special car to me. My first Porsche
