Updated the soundsystem in my 987

Had the Nav w/Sound Pkg Plus. Simply stated, it sucked! Love the sound of the engine and exhaust but it still didn't quite do it for me. Now, put Focal 3 ways, Focal coax's, Focal amp, and 2 JL 6" W3's in a custom enclosure in the back of the car. Powered by a Kenwood 9980HD, this thing absolutely blows Burmeister out of the water! Absolutely amazing sounding and would highly recommend the upgrade. Was very happy with my CS but now am thrilled by it!

Could not agree with you more Focal speakers are top notch. I have Utopia Be #6's and am in the process of ordering a set of K2 KRS100's for the 4" location behind the seats. I currently have on JL 8" sub and box but am having a second made for the other side of the rear hatch. I am also switching my Focal amps ( Dual Monitor and FP1.800LE) for a Tru Technology Super Billet 6 channel amp. The system is going to rock. I had it in my Cayman, however it is going to be put now in my Cayman R. I just have to sell my Focal amps and buy the Tru Technology amp.

Congrats on the new install,

dave-t
