06 Boxster S Smell After Driving

After driving the car for several minutes, when I return home and put the car in the garage there is a smell like a mild burning plastic smell coming from the rear of the car. It's not strong, the car drives great and brakes have plenty of pad left. I can smell it closer to the rear wheels. Car has 19K miles.
Any thoughts on what it could be and should I be worried?
Thanks!!

what extanker said. Funny story about plastic smells. I had one years ago and took a while to find it. I drove over a small plastic bag and it stuck to the exhaust pipe. Slowly burning off every time I drove it. Drove me nuts until I got the car on a lift and found the bugger.

Check out this thread in the 997 Forum....Probably either Cosmoline or rubber/road debris melting when it hits the hot exhaust.
