Arrow Orangecrush, please read!

Mark,

Congrats again on your new car and it looks absolutely gorgeous! Sexy!! Now I REALLY want a 981 even though I just bought a Spyder... BTW, the "redneck" keg in the frunk is .

But I wanted to make a new thread for a different topic. Please look at the link below... I was crushed.... but immediately thought of you for obvious reasons:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Porsche-Boxster-5-speed-2008-Porsche-Limited-Edition-Boxster-Orange-damaged-and-repairable-/280943344229?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item4169873a65

Please fix her up and tell her it's OK... you can keep it, sell it, whatever... hate to see her like this. I'll even buy it from you.. with a severe (virtual) friend discount.

I know that there's a "fat chance in hell", but just throwing it out there... to help a friend in distress....

Fat chance in hell my ***... I'm going to bid on that puppy.

If I had seen that before I ordered my 981, I would have bought it. Obviously I'm much happier with the 981 but I had been looking for an orange boxster for almost a year now.

That car isn't that bad, I'm going to price out a few things and see what the reserve is.. I know I can still fix it, sell it and make money.

Thanks,

Mark

Thank you, Mark!!

My only concern was - and I'm sure you already know this - Porsche OEM parts are $$$$. Please let us/me know how it turns out! One of only 250 in the world!

Good luck.
