TPMS on 2008 Boxster S

I am replacing the 18" Cayman S wheels currently on my car with 19" Sport Design Wheels from a 2006 Cayman S. I have TPMS on my 18" wheels. The 19" wheels do not have TPMS. Will the sensors from my 18" wheels fit the 19" wheels? If not, how do I disable TPMS so I don't get error codes? Thanks.

They should fit with out a problem. You 'll have to post a few photos of your car when you get a chance.

as said, the TPMS sensors will swap between wheels. I also wrote a DIY on disabling the TPMS - see the DIY forum.

they should swap out fine...

FYI....My 08 just had all 4 sensors fail (one at a time) this year due to age of batteries (CPO replaced them all for no charge) Something to consider. I would disable TPMS
