DCT Steering Wheel!!
Hi guys and gals,
Just thought I'd share my experience with my latest mod: DCT Motorsports steering wheel for my Porsche 987:
I called Ivan from DCT and spoke to him about what would work well in my car. I chose to go with:
- smooth leather on top and bottom of wheel.
- Flat bottom on wheel
- perforated leather on the sides
- extra thick on the sides of weel
The installation was super easy maybe 15 min tops.
The feel of the wheel is fantastic. The OEM wheel was way too thin and the leather was hard.

I'm waiting for the same exact wheel! How long did it take to receive it? We can compare notes once I get mine!

they arrived a week ago, look very nice. The turbo was thicker. Padding only adds about 4mm to diameter. The look and feel is great. Turbo wheel installed, about 20 minutes once I had what I needed. Still need to tackle the CS.
