i know. Gemballa is huge in Asia. a good company needs to have a good dealer network & service besides their products. too bad in US they give me 0 confidence selling their products.

it's all about the RUF for me, but that is to take nothing away from the gemballa.

I think the Gemballa is much better looking than the Ruf. I, too, have tried to get hold of Gemballa with no success.
