clutch

i know this might be a stupid question but is it really bad to pop the clutch and launch the car?

Yes its bad. Besides, the Cayman, unbelievably, does not have an LSD so you will only be firing up one rear tire.

why would a limited slip differential only spin one wheel, and how bad is axel hopping.

how should i launch the car without killing the clutch

Gabriel is infamous around these parts
AN LSD sends more torque to the wheel that has better traction. A car with an open diff sends more torque to the wheel that is easier to rotate (the wheel that has lost traction/less friction with tarmac)
