it has very low miles, but close to 40k seems like too much when for about 13k more he can get a newer one with zero miles and 7 model years newer. I would try to get the car into the mid 30's before purchasing.

Ditto.

In my opinion, that's a sweet Boxster with very low miles... But it's way over priced.

It has a lot of options, which is nice, but it's priced at least $10,000 too high. You can find a nice low mileage '03 S for less than that price, or an '04 S for close to the same price. Plus they'd have a year or two of warranty left.

I just saw a nice base '05 with about 5,000 miles for $37,500. There are much better deals out there. I'd be a little concerned that the car had too few miles too. Not enough driving time to shake out any problems and now the car is well out of warranty.

I agree with all these guys. I don't care how many dinosaurs had to die for the carbon fiber on this car. It is still a 2000 car. Offer 32k and be done.

Agree with all. Definetly a nice car with nice options but low 30's is my take on pricing.
