I have decided leather in sand beige, but cannot make up what color of the car.
Choosing between

Atlas Grey
Meteor Grey
Slate Grey

And I think I need a little advice here. Anyone with pictures of Boxsters with the mentioned colors ?

Not a bad place to look for what you are after...

 

Atlas Grey is personally my favourite colour on new Porsches. The colour has a nice life to it as the light conditions can really change the way it looks from an almost metallic black to a nice grey and finally to a blue.

+1 for slate, your best bet with sand. meteor is darker than seal and doesn't look right with sand. Atlas is really nice dark with hints of blue, esp in direct light but works best with nat brown, Black or Terracotta (if you like something wild, get it with nat. gray carpets for best effect!)
