Best place for Boxster S bumper?

Well i'm new here but have been lurking around on this forum for a couple years now and never really needed to post anything until now. We have a 2000 Boxster S that now is the car that sits in the garage. It is actually my moms other car but she never drives it anymore due to some knee problems so i'm the only one that sees time in it until a few nights ago... whatever the case was she ran over a curb or hit a a hole or something and now the passenger inner fender guard rubs against the tire and there is no way to attach it back to the bumper because the mouts were ripped off. Anyways I don't know if I should just cut the piece thats hanging off or go with a new bumper and inner fender piece. The price I got for a new bumper was 816 from momentum porsche, just primered of course, but I was maybe thinking this could be a time to get into something after market which I don't thinks really gonna happen around that price range but if you guys have any suggestions please throw them at me cause I can't stand to have this car just sitting in the garage not being driven. Thanks a lot.

Wes
