It's a 2002, With 72,000 Miles or Kilometers? (I looked at the speedo, it's in MPH) so that would indicate it's 115,000kms for 64,000$?

That's mighty steep, considering what kind of deals i can get for that kind of money especially nowadays.

Is the Cdn property market really slowing? I've been looking at home prices around the GTA and they're still high: definitely not getting rocked like in the US - what gives?

 

Ya here in Kelowna since about last November or so new house permits have tanked.
It has slowly started to pick up again, but nothing like it was...
We will see what happens. I am sure it will pull out.
Fortunatley house prices haven't gone to far down here. About 10-20% max.
