Headache with Mini dealership in Vancouver
all resolved after forwarding tihs complaint to the manager.

Programs change at the end of each month, not surprised that the deal changed.
Try a big store in Toronto, business is tougher there and they'll be more ept to make a good deal for her, and all the OMVIC rules apply there ie : no BS allowed, full disclosure at the start of the process rather than the surprise at the end.
