Prices for 2005 CCT?

I've found a great condition 2005 CCT with Panorama Roof and 20" wheels (Tequipment) and all the other options that you would normally find on at Turbo. What would be a good deal price range for this vehicle with 30k miles?

What kinds of things do you have to watch our for on Cayennes like this? What breaks? What is maintenance intensive?
