Do you will move to the USA or as holiday house?

Here is my fav. site.
http://www.dupontregistry.com/homes/...0&min=0&max=-1

And if you search there for a car and a boat the site is also great.

I think you get here good answers from the local guys. There I can`t help you. If you move to the USA you can get a smile by these car prices there. Than you can get a Gallardo Spyder for the money where you can buy in estonia a SL55. Good luck.

And for the SL55AMG pay we in germany also 250k $ with all options.
I think you have written that in one thread. I am a german guy but the dad of my dad is moved from latvia to germany. I was never in latvia but we have there a lot of ground. We was planing 3 years ago to build on one part there a golf course but I think yet are in latvia 3 golf courses and that is enough.
What do you want for car in Miami?

Nice! My family will move in 2 years from Estonia, 75% to Germany, 25% to US... Personally Im sure that we will move to Germany, we are in Shipping and realestate buisness, Estonia is getting boring for us! How is life if Germany, which city you are in? We thinking about Hamburg.
Brgds,
Pavel,

I think for your buisness is Hamburg great. Agood friend of us is president of a big ship company called Maersk. He lives in our village, near Duesseldorf, circa 5 hours from Hamburg. But is flying every week 3-4 times. But Hamburg is great. There are very nice houses and if I must move that is the city. Life isn`t good at the moment. I mean the buisness, my dad and my mum has both medical practices. We get much lower pay but one time it will move. And we have a lot of ground, houses, and my dad is deals a lot with shares. We have enough to live very very very good but it can be better like 10 years ago. But the life isn`t cheap but that isn`t a problem for us or you I think.

I've been to Germany many times, if you don't live in a large city for some nightlife you will get bored in no time. Germans in smaller towns don't even get out their homes , only for some grocery and work. Hamburg is a nice town , I've been there a couple of times. It has a decent nightlife.

Amsterdam is pretty close to it , 3hr drive on autobahn.

Brgds,
Pavel,
If you're bored, don't come to USA. USA is in general a very boring place, including Miami. After 1 week you won't find anything interesting to see or do. The only exception is New York City. $3Mil will buy you a decent apartment. Otherwise, it's better to live in Europe.

I lived in Key Biscayne for 6 years. Very nice area and away from the bustle. Other areas to consider, Brickell Ave in downtown Miami, South Beach, Coconut Grove, Fisher Island.
