CD Changer for 2008 Cayenne

CD Changer for 2008 Cayenne
I just got a 2008 Cayenne V6 with PCM and I want to install a CD changer. Dealer quoted $1400!
Doing some research, I think I need the CDC-4 changer but there are two versions. For vehicles with BOSE Surround Sound System: Part no. 955 044 900 12, and for vehicles without BOSEŽ Surround Sound System: Part no. 955 044 900 04.
Does anyone know the difference between these two versions? I don't have the BOSE system.
