planning on delivery in the near future, has anyone had oil consumption issues in the TT? I know some carrera owners have been regularly adding oil, never was a big problem for me but every 2-3 months perhaps i would top off with 0-40. What is the recommended Mobil 1 for the TT?

 

I am fairly certain that all late model Porsches take Mobil 1 0w-40. I am not sure on everyone's take on oil consumption, but I have not head that many complaints about it from this specific forum. Hoepfully, others can share more information with you.

 

I think you can expect a consumption or burn rate of about one litre for each 5000 miles based on my experience.

I am told that is a normal rate but will fluctuate with driving style and turbocharger use.
