I can do that ...
First of all, you have to upload the pictures somewhere on the web, because the upload feature here is useless (no one has 5Kb pics!!). There are several free websites for this. You can pick your favourite ... just be sure it allows hot-linking (if you don't know what this means, it doesn't matter yet). I'm pretty sure www.webshots.com and www.msn.com are ok. www.imagestation.com is pretty nice too.
Now let's say you have your pics on the web. You have to go to your picture, select the URL of the picture (not the page) by right-click>properties and copy the adress of the image itself.
Then you get here, and type [ I M G ]url of the picture [ / I M G ]
without the spaces. This should show your picture in the post, unless it's super large (couldn't post a 1600x1200 pic). This is what's called hot-linking. Using someone's bandwidth on another page.
Here's a test with a pic from imagestation (my pics, but not my truck
):

u can now post pics by attachment. host pics is another way of doing it but will take longer to do & harder to figure out. u can attach image when u click ''Reply'' on the bottom. then u'll see below the ''Your Reply'' box there is a ''Attach file'' where u select the pic u want to post. the pic can't not be bigger than 800x600. i usually use Photoshop the re-size it to 600x450 Jpeg. select pic & hit ''Submit Reply'' on the very bottom. hopefully u'll see the pic u post in 3 sec!

if u still can't figure out just email the pic & i'll post it for u!
