Brake controller with a 2007 or 2008?

I know some of you guys use your peppers as a tow rig, are any of you running a brake controller on your 2007 or 2008 pepper? They eliminated the wiring harness for the brake controller in 07, and I was checking to see if anyone had come up with a way to make one work. Thanks.

does this mean you can't order any kind of factory "tow package" for the cayenne?

You can order the factory tow package, but it is not wired to accept an aftermarket (or any) brake controller. I was checking to see if anyone has figured out how to wire one up yet. The 06 and earlier had the harness wired up for a brake controller, but they eliminated that for 07 and up. It sucks because the car has a good tow rating, but now way to add a controller!

The lack of a prewire harness just make it a little tougher to install one but not impossible. Most brake controller come with just 4 or 5 wires that need the usual pos. nev. and hook up to brake wire ect....

What is the towing capacity? I can't imagine it pulling a large enough trailer that would even need a brake control.
