Quote: Sweet, sounds great. Ouch that is expensive but dont know if you noticed in the middle east the 4X4 and SUV tyres are usually more expensive than standard saloon cars exclude sports cars etc.

Well all in all it was money well spent atleast you wont complain about alignment or vibration issues and make more journeys to the service centre. I still think michelins are the best when it comes to SUV's or 4X4's but the best for mercedes is continentals.
Actually the cost wasn't that bad, especially when comparing to a friends car who had the same tyres done at the dealership costing 120kd more than my bill, which brings it to 560kd. My Mercedes has continentals but they arent the best, members over the SLK forums highly recommend the Michelin PS2's, Toyo, good year and bridgestones.

Just add I have 29k miles on my Perreli Rosso's need replacing soon. Came with the car. This is the only Porsche I have owned out of many that got more than 8k miles out of a set of tires.

I have the PS2's on all my other Porsche's and think they are the best tire overall. I will replace my Rosso's with PS2's this spring.

Yokohama Advan Sports are great tires. Very aggressive tread design and still quite comfortable and not noisy. I run 21"

I have the same tire on my '06 CS. I'm at 18K miles, and the tires still have plenty of tread left. I expect to reach 29K as well.

Hey guys, I was wondering what I should keep my tire pressure at on my CTT? Thanks.

Also if their should be a difference for the summer when I have my 22" on and the winter with the 19" wheels w/ winter tires. Thanks again.
