If I am not mistaken its 7.2 seconds but there were some test published by car magazines a couple of years ago reaching 6.8

 

Yes always felt more than 7 secs Thought 6.8 was for the manual ones.

Might try the psm off, sport mode and triptronic and then see how it performs. Anything i have missed out?

 

You have forgot to power break up to 2,000 + rpm and let go in tiptronic and shift as highest as possible 6,700 to be exact.

couple of weeks back racing a 993 carrera, that thing flies, i was impressed.

Took my dads s600 for a spin and gave the m6 a hard time.

 

Well, I tried today, and guess what, I got pulled over. It was a 15 over and the officer forgave me for the first time...

Anyway, I turned the psm off, put the car in manual mode, pasm in comfort mode, then power braked at 2500rpm (it was really hard to hold the car still ) and when the red light turned green, i released the brake and hit the throttle, and I could only get 8.2 seconds. Why is this?
