Between these two wheels, what looks better on silver
I might try a pair of these in 20's and use a 315/35/20 what do you think?
The rolling dia is the same as the 21's. I want to lower my car an inch below the load level on the air suspension and I wonder if the 20's would be an aggressive look. I have to give BMW for their SUV Wheels - they make some very nice ones. I like the concavity in their designs on their 20's and 21's.

Gemballa only makes these in a 22". If they made them in a 20, the 315 wouldnt work, because the 22" wheel is only a 10" width, and the 20" wouldnt be wider.
Get the 22" Gemballa or Techart, 295/30 tire.

I think these are the 200 dollar wheels on ebay. Definitely not Gemballa's. In this case I would go black for sure. You never know what will happen to the finishes on knock off's with wear and tear.

black will look more hard core for sure. If you're going dark tint, other mods like aerokit and a drop i'd go black.
If all you're doing is upgrading the wheels then go silver.
btw I saw the 'black chrome' look on a new honda sport suv at the dealership. I know it was a honda, but the black chrome wheels look pretty sharp. It's kind of a smokey-black with a chrome shine to it. Very unique. Definitely does not look "gloss black".

BTW- if these are the ebay wheels they REQUIRE different lug bolts, and it is not known if the OEM 996/997 crested center caps will fit. I inquired about these wheels and this is what the seller told me. Also, good luck finding a black chrome matching center cap.
You'd think if you're selling wheels for a specific car you would KNOW if things like factory center caps etc fit?? But hey, that's the price trade-off.

Yeah... those wheels are made by Forte. They seem like a decent setup, but the only thing that worries me about wheels like this is if they are made from the hub (don't know if that makes sense or not).
I had 22's on my infiniti fx45.., bought them from what I though was a reputable company, lots of advertisements in magazines etc. Anyways, the wheel wasn't built off my infiniti hub, so when driving it at speeds above 70 mph, I ALWAYS had some type of shimmy. My steering wheel always vibrated. So from now on.., I'm really careful when buying wheels and the fortes, although they look cool, I'm afraid would be giving me the same problems.
Right now I'm looking into Victor Equipment. I love the fact that they are made for Porsche, and I also like that TSW is the parent company. TSW is nothing special, but they have been around for a long time so I think its a good decision for me when it comes to a nice wheel and insanely low price.
I ordered the Victor Equipment Toursimo.., but got them in black. I'm super nervous about how they will look in black on my silver CTT. I wanted the silver, but they are on backorder. Fingers crossed. Anyone have pictures of these on a silver Cayenne????????

By the way, I know someone here has those wheels on their Cayenne S. but I think it's also black.
The Hub thing that you are talking about it something they call HubCentric and most of the wheels that they make for our cars is hubcentric. It's almost a given anymore.
Best of luck on your new purschase. They will look great with your car.
