I have a 2004 cayenne,and the radio just stopped playing.It turns on ok but no sound from the speakers.Is there anything that I should check before I spring for a new radio.

If its still under warranty, the dealer should replace it, there were some reported issues with some head units, mine was replaced a while back.

Search google for how to reset bose amplifier. I guess it was something like waiting 30 secs when the key is in ignition and something else. If it does not work, then go to dealer

I have an 04 and the same thing happened, it came and went though, it was replaced under warranty
