You can gain a lot of insight by osmosis, and even more by searching this forum. However, if you're new at mods, as I am, more direct, expert advice would be most helpful.
Has anyone ever put together some kind of primer? Just what each mod is (especially the performance mods). Which make the most difference (looks and performance)? Which might come later? Which are beyond the point of diminishing return, etc.?
How about cost estimates? Preferred suppliers and installers?
Some of you guys are lucky enough to live in areas where there are lots of cars, lots of mods, lots of people to talk about it with, and lots of installers around. I, however, live in the middle of nowhere.
Any of you "veterans" want to take a crack at this.
By the way, my car's an '06 Turbo S.
