It's been two HAPPY months of ownership with my 997 turbo. Although I love driving it on a daily basis, the summer heat and the streets under construction in Qatar are making me decide to leave it as an evening and week-end ride.

My sister (we're living in the same household) just picked up a beautiful red Cayenne GTS. The car is truly amazing. I can't stop thinking about the seats alone.

Now the question is what SUV should I get for myself as a daily driver/beach cruiser/off-road abuser? As if right now my choices are between a Cayenne turbo or an H2. Any other suggestions would really help as I am planning on purchasing my car in the next week.

I would say get a Cayenne Turbo as its a very comfortable and powerful SUV to drive in a daily basis.

If money is not the issue then I suggest ordering an 08 or 09 CTT the way you like it. I wanted a sporty CTT so I ordered mine with features such as the Porsche Sport Design package for the 'ground effects' and the 18" no extra cost wheels. I also ordered white guages, which look great.

When the car arrived I had it lowered and then put 22"s on it. So now I have the look of a GTS (better I think) and the power and the ability for power mods as they come available, here's a picture of it on the drive height, it goes lower on 'loading'.

my best friend ordered a GTS and i went with him for test drive and its a pretty sick car, i know its no CTT but as you know just look at the seats, and u can get manual (which my friend did)
either way, i wish you the best of luck in your decision

Why would you even consider an H2? Dont mention those two not even in the same sentence.

H2??? NOOOOOO!

Go for the CTT, you'll have a plastered smile on your face every day you're behind the wheel.

I had an H2 a few years back and an 08 Cayenne TT now. Eventhough they just updated the H2 interior, you will probally get tired of it really fast. It's a nice truck but not a fair comparison.

I'd get a Range Rover long before an H2, but prefer the CTT over both of them.
