Our CS is black with the silver trim (not blacked out). What would look better (very subjective) glossy or flat black wheels? Thinking of powder coating the wheels.
Thanks,

WOW hblocal very nice looking CTT
why do you prefer paint? powdercoat is more even and resilient whereas wet paint you risk getting drips and the finished product chips easily. if i wanted a gloss look i couldve just applied a gloss finish.
well i guess this is really two separate subject matters. matte look or gloss look can be achieved either way. but powdercoat or wet paint are two different methods of applying the paint.
powdercoat uses a negative electrical charge to bond the powder paint to your wheel. then it needs to be baked to cure. wet paint you have to wait for the moisture to evaporate after it is applied. so as long as your product can withstand the heat and it does not compromise structural integrity through the bake process then powdercoat is the way to go imo. actually anondizing is the most resilient of all of these processes.
