Wheel offsets on aftermarket wheels

I have been seriously considering a set of 20 inch OZ Canyon ST wheels for my '08 Cayenne, but I noticed that the width and offset numbers are not the same as the factory Sport Techno wheels. I used the Offset calculator that I found a link to on this site and it shows that the wheels will sit 2 mm closer to the inside of the car and 17 mm closer to the wheel lip. My car is a lease and I don't want to mess with anything that would void the warranty or be unsafe...Does anyone know where I can find out of this change is OK??? Thanks!

Maybe if you use wheel spacers, it may solve the issue, but forgive me if I am wrong since I think I don't really understand the situation
