I read the individual parts can be ordered for a total of $200 or so... if that is true does anyone have the list of parts needed?

I got the parts separately and installed it myself about two months ago. It was pretty easy and came out great.

You bought the parts from porsche dealership or ????

 

I got them from a Porsche parts department that advertises on one of the internet forums (don't remember which one). He had the parts in stock and I had them in about a week.

Do I need any hardware i.e. bolts etc. I received my SS Skid plate, Plastic peice, (2) rubber plugs, and some washers. Am I missing anything? BTW $208 shipped!
