It really sucks that board members are taking advantage of one another! If it makes you feal any better I was scamed pretty bad by one of our board sponsers for about $4000. I will be posting the complete story soon if he does not respond. Just put the last letter in the mail yesterday. I hope that he will turn out to honor his word, but not real confident at this point because I've already written him twice.

 

It does not make me feel better to hear anyone is scammed! especially around here.

 

Sorry to hear that, he should have sent you pics of all the wheels first. But even then it would be hard to tell if he were to have used phony pics.

You are doing the right thing by having a process server deliver him a notice of your intent to sue. Good luck.
