Another Turbo Bumper Conversion - TK's Old Bumper
Nice conversion. The Turbo bumper really gives it an agressive look.
I am just finishing a TechArt Magnum conversion on my 2008 Cayenne Turbo and will have the OEM bumpers available if anyone is looking to do the same thing. My original color was the dark green metallic. I am in the Chicago area. PM me if interested.

Rob, thank you again for the parts list you provided me. Your results gave me confidence to do the same thing. I just finished this exact same upgrade on the 05' CS that I was modd'ing for my sister-in-law.(minus hood) It turned out looking great, and I'm really pleased.
Just an FYI for others out there, my CS had the parking assist. That means there's 6 sensors on the front bumper, and each one requires a separate clip. There is a unique porsche part# for each one of those 6 clips that you'll have to get. Other than that everything else fit perfect.
Oh, I ended up using the original CS front ducting. I see from your more recent post above that the turbo ducting does in fact fit. I think most people would never notice that the non-turbo ducting is shifted over since it's behind the black grills. Since it's already on, I'll probably just leave it.
My sis-in-law took the car home with her, so I haven't had a chance to take any photos yet. I'll add photos to my other thread once I the new 22" iForged wheels I ordered get delivered!

Would you mind telling me how much you paid for the conversion? I was quoted $3200 using genuine Porsche parts and work to be completed at my local Porsche dealerships preffered auto body shop.
You can save some money and keep an eye out on ebay. There are plenty of OEM turbo bumpers out there and if you find one local, its even better saving you on shipping.
(In the past, I have had better luck having OEM paint resprayed a different color than starting out with an unpainted body panel. Less prone to chips from my personal experience. Might be something with the first coat being baken on at the factory...so going used is not all that bad since its getting sprayed anyway)
I paid around $3K for all brand new OEM parts from Porsche, install and paint & body work. Keep in mind my costs also included the parking sensor housing and the 6 sensor rings. I did not buy the turbo hood though, which was another $700 brand new.
The paint and body work portion for me only came out to $920. My shop does excellent work and they use a great show car body shop. I've had custom paint jobs from them many times with great results.
If anyone is in LA and wants this done, just talk to Ming at ES Technical Motorsport in Gardena. He is the most honest shop owner I've ever met.
