'08 Brake Upgrade?

Has anyone upgraded the brakes on their '08 Cayenne?

Many aftermarket vendors are offering Brembo kits for the '08 Cayenne claiming the kits fit the '03-present Cayenne. Brembo has informed me that their kits for the '03-'06 Cayenne do not fit the '08 Cayenne.

Has anyone purchased a Brembo kit that fits their '08, found a different vendor offering an '08 brake upgrade, or maybe even has upgraded to Porsche's offering of their ceramic brake system that is an option on the '09 Cayenne (will fit the '08 if 20"+ wheels)?

Thanks

I agree that the stock brakes are very formidable.

The reason I am looking to upgrade the brakes is that I have added a good deal of performance oriented mods to my CTT and something inside me says that it might be a good idea to think about making it STOP if I improve how well it can GO!

I wouldn't put it in the necessary category. More like good karma!

Not any more ... the 957 Cayenne Turbo uses the massive ATE-sourced calipers. Not very attractive in my book.

And yes, the PCCB will fit the 957 and 957 vehicles along as wheel clearance and your wallet will allow. I got this info from my local dealership.
