What is the best replacement tires for the 21 inch GTS 5 spoke wheel?

I am guessing next summer I will need to swap out, and I want to know your opinions.

I want something that is super grippy, very quiet (not only brand new, but even after 10K miles), and something smooth.

I am not sure, but I think the 5 spokes will hold 300/305's right? That is what I am considering...
