standard on the Turbo S...TechArt has an engine optic package which dresses up the the motor in a similar fashion with carbon fiber as well if anyone is interested

The flares are standard on all Cayennes equipped with the factory 21" wheel package for 08 and 09...standard on all GTS and Turbo S models, as well as any Turbo model equipped with 21" from the factory as an option.

TechArt offers an "engine optic" package that dresses up the motor in CF in a similar fashion for 2,999 retail, for all years of Cayennes. In this photo, these are OEM parts which are standard equipment from Porsche on the Turbo S.
