Superb car!

By the way and since you have both the Turbo and Turbo S, do you see/feel a significant difference between both models?

Thanks

DJ, love your ride!!

I do have a question as to whether anyone knows where I can buy film instead of painting my tail lights. Searched on the web with no success.

thanks!

FYI, the paint can be taken off and the lens will be as good as before, I've done it on my own taillights
Also a big downfall with the tint film is that the light does not appear as bright when your lights are on or when u hit the brakes, with the paint its just as bright as before

I know you have talked about the PCCB being one of the greatest options. I feel like that's one huge thing that they dropped the ball on with all the CTT's; not equipping them with largeer/better brakes. I really want to make mine stop better. I wish I had a chance to see what the pccb felt like.

Any one have insight on upgrading the brakes on 09?

It'll be about $7K for a BBK kit new... steel but they should be better than stock. Something with 12 or 14 pistons in the front.

I agree. This thing just doesn't stop fast enough. Weighing in at nearly 5000lbs it should have big huge pizza dishes as binders. I'm not sure that PCCB's are necessary as nobody in their right mind would track these things (no offense to anybody not in their right minds) but a few more pistons and a bit more surface on the rotors would be nice.

It not so much tracking them but brake fade.

This being my 3rd cayenne I must say Brakes sucked on my other ones.

I had a 2006 Turbo X50 which had the same brakes as the 2006 Turbo S.

Then I still have a 2008 Turbo.

Both of them dont like to stop after stepping on the brakes hard several times.

I first got the brakes just to have them. Thought it would be bad *** to get 16 in rotors and yellow calipers. Then I thought more and the huge weight savings and extra stopping power was very important.

It does not stop like my 599 by any means. But the diff in braking over the steel breaks is huge. With the added power of the Turbo S i think it needed it.
