Hey guys,

I thought you'd wanna know this. I called a Porsche dealer near my house to inquire about the order of a 2009 Porsche Cayenne Turbo S and the general manager told me that Porsche will not make the Turbo S model from February to May.

I emailed back to ask why, I am curious if it's because of poor sales or if something's wrong with the car.

 

They can't move the ones on the lot.

There is one on the lot I really want but the general manager is being a dick. The car's MSRP is 140,800$, I offer 120,000$. He declined.

I am not sure if that dealer owns the car bc he said he has to bring it in.

 

Search Porsche's website and see if you can find the dealer that actually owns the vehicle. You might have better luck there. If it is "the one" and the dealer won't move on price you have three choices: 1) wait and hope somebody else does not buy it, 2) settle for a different one, or 3) offer more money.

 

Type the entire following line into Google and see if your Cayenne comes up:

It doesn't get them all, but it gets quite a few of them. There are about 10 on dealer lots in Northern California.

 

Manager is not being a dick - he would like not to lose money. I bought a Turbo S on Jan 2. The MSRP was 142,595.00 with freight. I have the actual invoice from Porsche and it was 127,436.00 with freight.

 

The Porsche dealer that I used to be GSM has a Cayenne Red/blk CTS coming in with PCCBs and PDCC. $156k MSRP!!! I cant imagine what they are gonna do with it...There is 10% front end mark up and 5% in the back. Last I heard CTSs were goin out at 14% off..

 

oh?! really why there's no more turbo S what starting February to May?? what cause of removing of turbo S starting this month??
