using 285/40-22 : rubbing?

I am putting 22 on my CTT but don't want to sacrifice the sidewall height & comfort so I plan on using 285/40-22, i know it will be a bit taller, but has anyone done it & are there rubbing issues? when lowering or turning wheels or?
any feedback would be great
Thx
